We hope you love your Johanna Ortiz creation, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
